    Hello,

I have an assessment centre at IKEA for a cashier role, and this is my first time ever succeeding in getting an interview. Does anyone know what to expect? And any tips on how I can do well? It's this Friday.

    It'd be widely appreciated.

Has anyone heard back? They said we'd hear back within 2 weeks, but I hope it's sooner. I really want the job! :0)

There were about 25-30 of us. We were split into groups of 5. Groups traveled together from room to room. In one room, we had interviews, and the other rooms there were group activities. I hope this helps :0)

No problem :0) There was a Dragons Den where we had to pitch a new food idea. There was one where we had to talk about ourselves for 5 minutes. There was a role playing exercise. And there was the one on one interview. I think that was it.
