We were together 3 years but we've been split up 2 months now and I was only upset for about a week.

I was pretty much over it and felt absolutely fine for the next 5 weeks.. Couldn't believe how much I wasn't actually bothered by it.

But for some reason for the last 3 or 4 days I just can't get her out of my head, keep thinking about her, memories and our relationship.

Is this normal? Will these thoughts go away again? We haven't spoke one word since breaking up and we live 200 miles apart now so no chance of rekindling if you were wondering.

I really don't want to think about her and would appreciate any advice from people who may have been in this situation.

    Thanks

I have get like this, it's like a boomerang. It goes away for a while and then it comes back, particularly if life is being difficult or you feel lonely (not saying that you are) etc etc, you just duck and then eventually it's like you never felt anything. I feel like that now
