    I'm feeling really anxious about losing my intelligence. Can I talk to someone please?

    You can talk to me if you feel. However, unless you suffer the extremely rare diseases that cause memory problems and cause brain damage that some people get after their 60s, you will be just fine. GCSEs, i was the top student, acing everything with absolutely no revision, A-Levels came and waked my head off my body, never felt that stupid my life. But then i realized that i didn't loose it, i just need to change how i use it.

    I would recommend talking to someone who's trained in giving active listening to you.

    Caseynh's advice is a good shout.

    Though for my two cents, keep reading books. I've never met stupid people who enjoy a wide range of books.
