I got a conditional offer, do I have to apply for the student loan as an EU student? If yes when?
    Thank you

Congrats on the offer. Are you an EU student? If so apply as an EU student. If you are a UK student then apply normally.

Apply as soon as you can, the sooner it gets sorted the better. Keep in mind that not all (if any) applications are open at the moment.

Yes I'm Italian but I don't understand very well how to do these applications, I just got one conditional offer, still waiting for the others 4.
When I'll get the others do I have to submit another application for the student loan or I get it "automatically"? And on which website must I do it?
    Thank you very much

No, you don't need to make multiple applications. Make a single application to student finance and if you need to change which uni you'll be at then make the change. I don't know how different it is for international students but when I applied I had to put in the uni I'd be at and the course I'd be studying. If I changed my mind I just had to notify SFE. Now that you've got an offer you have enough information to apply. If you get additional offers and accept something else you just tell student finance and they update the application.

You'll find all the details on how to apply as a new EU student here, scroll to the bottom. It'll also give you links to the appropriate place to apply if needed.
