Anyone here think they could have seasonal affective disorder? watch

    Recently been feeling quite down and stressed, especially in the dark hours. Obviously studying for the good ol prelims don't help but I feel like I could also have SAD anyone else feel like this?

    I always struggle in the winter. It's usually after Xmas is the worst time for me, I doubt I'd qualify for SAD diagnosis but it is hard sometimes. I think it's important to get outside when it's sunny, get fresh air and exercise and eat well as often a healthy lifestyle is harder in the winter when we crave more carbs and don't wanna go outside to run or whatever. Also I've heard light boxes are very helpful.
Do you think parents should charge rent?
