I'm applying for a place at Welbeck DSFC and have the predicted grades to be offered a formal interview with my SCA (Senior Careers Advisor) and I'm so nervous!! Does anyone have any previous experience with Welbeck applications and know what I need to prepare for especially and what the SCA wants to take away from the interview so I know what to expect. How hard is it to pass this interview??

I'm also applying for this September, I think that the application process is different with each service. I'm applying for the Navy (pilot) and RAF (engineer) and so far the only similarity is that I go to the same place to see the careers officer. I've only had an eye test for the navy but when I had my full medical for the RAF the examiner did it then. Which service are you going for?
