Yesterday i recieved a text from SFE saying that my loan would arrive in the next 2-3 days however that was on the 5th and my loan isnt due until the 9th? and nromally i get it the next day and i did get my loan 1 or 2 days early last time but i just want to know for planning as they say it will come through on the 9th but the message i recieved says different and i would love for it to come through today!

i actually am in the same situation as you. I'm supposed to get my student finance on the 9th but got a text from SFE that it should be with me in 3 working days which I believe is going to be on Monday or worst cases Tuesday, as we know weekends are not counted as working days so I think we should just wait till Monday and see what happens and if the money doesn't come through to your account then I think you should call student finance.

Hi, sorry for any confusion caused by the text we recently issued, we can assure you that you support will be paid into your account on the scheduled payment date that is showing on your online account. The text is meant to be sent to the customers to give them notification that there payments due to be paid and the timescale, but the timescale given is from the date the payment was submitted to the bank and should coincide with the scheduled payment date. Thanks
