    Hi everyone,
I'm taking my GCSE in Greek this year and I'm really scared for the literature part of the exam. We're doing Iliad I 480-611 and I'm very confused about the 8 and 10 mark questions. Any advice or general stuff about the exam is welcome.
    Thanks in advance

    Hi,

I haven't done Greek GCSE but I did Latin last year. I think the exams are pretty similar. What did you want to know about the 8 and 10 mark questions?

    Hi,

Stuff like how many points to make (whether they're style or content), roughly how long they should be and if they're were any like model answers or anything online.
    Thank you so much

I think for the 8-markers I was told to write 4 quotes with explanation. The 8-marker was more style and the 10-marker was content and interpretation. I think I wrote 2 paragraphs for the 8 marker and around 5 or 6 smaller ones for the 10-marker.

Thank you so much, that's really useful. I'll try a and practice a few of them.
