    Hi,

I went to a Tommy Hilfigers store today and the customer service there was seriously on point. They asked me what I was after, showed me what they had on sale and even brought sale items from their stock room. Was asked if I wanted a complementary tea or coffee and even a slice of cake!

The point is, a lot of the comparable high end stores such as Ralph Lauren, True Religion etc don't seem to have this level of customer service satisfaction.

Anyone else, experienced good customer service? Please discuss. I created this thread to show that there are still some good retail stores that genuinely care about their customers - and to also create some positively

I have a funny one, if that counts.

I went in to Victoria Secret to buy a new bra. Had no idea that they stored them in these drawer things, so I asked the sales assistant where the kind of bra I was after was.

She asked me what size I was looking for. I sort of whispered it, as the store was packed, and it's kind of embarrassing. What did she do?

She shouted across the shop floor 'Have we got any 34E's in stock?' I was absolutely mortified.

That is what you pay for.

i tend not to use retail shops because I dislike the human interaction.

Is it possible to easily get everything you need online?

    Fair enough.

Yeah my point was like there are other high end stores like Gant, Ralph Lauren but they don't seem to offer a good level of customer satisfaction.

Yes it is. Amazon Prime covers most and the basic and anything specialised can also be purchased online.

The only thing which can be an issue is suits and shoes, but I can get them on the high street if need be.

At least you got what you want - which is the main thing I guess. Although it had to come at a cost LOL
