    i think im going insane. im hearing things that arent real, like people c alling my name. yesterday i hallucinated. i have anxiety. it keeps getting worse. i am losing control

    I think the only real advice I can give here is to try and stay as calm as possible. Stress can make paranoia worse. Are you seeing a doctor at all?

    used to go to a therapist but not anymore

    How's your sleeping? Diet? Exercise? Stress levels?

    It might be an idea for you to talk to your GP about this. The things I just mentioned can all contribute to the kind of symptoms you're experiencing.
