So the university i want to get into is like a 5 hour trip. The open day was yesterday and I was too busy to go. I did book for it online but of course didn't go. My question is... could i still put that i went to it on my ucas application? I plan to go in June.
When you go to them is there like a registration? Perhaps the people of the course I've applied to may not remember me being there? I'm not sure. I could always argue i went to see the accommodation.

It's not a major issue. The universities don't base their offer decisions on attendance at Open Days.

Do they not? Oh ok thanks for that. I mean would it help my chances at all?

    Nope. It's not a factor.

Plus it would be lying. Lying is a bad idea, even when you don't think you'll be found out.
