I was looking at applying to American colleges next near and I'm aware each college has different requirements mor sat/act etc etc but I'm unclear on the uk qualifications requirements. I'm studying highers at the moment and wasn't sure If advanced highers was also mandatory so if anyone has experience much appreciated.

    Hello,
Although I didn't eventually decided to apply to a university in America I did consider it for a while and as a result I went to one of the Fullbright USA college days which was extremely helpful. There were stalls from hundreds of US colleges offering advice and prospectuses but there were also stalls helping you understand the requirements and set up sitting SAT's. If you can get to it I would really advice going, it was really informative! Here's the link in case you're interested
http://www.fulbright.org.uk/news-eve...sa-college-day even if you can't make it to one of the days their website offers loads of information.
    Good luck,
    Izzy
