Please give me your opinion for how this question should be answered, it doesn't have to he detailed since I already have my own answer but I just need a second opinion:
D who is 17 is continuously verbally abused by V and called gay,and one day is also told that V had sex with Ds bf. D gets mad, goes home gets a razor and returns to where he saw V and cuts his cars brake wires. V fails to put his seatbelt on and while driving over the speed limit, crashes and is seriously injured. He later dies on the way to the hospital. D did not necessarily want to seriously hurt V, but expected him to be. What is the criminal liability of D for the death of V.

    Many thanks x
