If I ask for a single vodka & coke! Do they put 25ml or 35ml of vodka in?

25ml is the standard for a single measure, but it changes to 50ml if the spirit is under 20% or 22% (Ginger wine, Cinzano, Vermouth etc) I think

25ml in England and Wales. Scotland and NI do 35ml as far as I'm aware.
Exception is made for a few drinks where a 50ml is the standard.
