Two of the drama schools that I am applying to this year offer the 'Dance and Drama Award' which covers the cost of tuition and a portion of living costs. Having looked at their website, I can't tell if this is something offered to everyone or just to a select few out of those who go to these schools. Any input would help me immensely.

Is it some sort of scholarship they award? Check the website if it's an audition type thing.

Edit: After a quick google search, I've come across this
    https://www.gov.uk/dance-drama-awards

    Yep, it's a scholarship.
It says tell the school directly that you want a DaDA

    Right, thank you.
No problem. If you're still confused; basically just mention it when you're applying to the schools. I imagine there'll be somewhere to put it like "Are you applying for a DaDA?" However; I imagine they're competitive so good luck!
