    I've always found that the best way to get over a break up is to keep busy. It helps to keep your mind of it during the initial painful period. It's a cliche but time does heal all wounds, so just take one day at a time.

    Also helpful - delete your ex's number. It removes the temptation to call them during your weaker moments.
