Can't give any specific advice given that I know very little about you, but I would say do a broad range of subjects including the ones you 'like'. Don't focus on any one field yet because you never know if your interest in it would last the next three years. (I chose to focus on science back in my day, now I'm doing economics at Uni).

TLDR GCSE level is too early to specialise.

A humanity and a language would be good. Make sure you chose things that you're good at/enjoy though, that's the most important thing.

Well, to help you decide, I would need to get an idea of what you are into and what you like?
