Reduced offers & delayed responses (particularly UOB)
Does anyone know if Universities tend to delay giving offers if they are having to take into account that you'd get a reduced offer?? I do Realising Opportunities & I applied to 4 RO Universities. 3 of which have replied but University of Birmingham haven't responded yet despite me sending my UCAS off late October.
