Ucas dilemma watch

    • Thread Starter

So I sent off my UCAS yesterday as an independent candidate. I finished my Alevels in 2014 and got BBC, and have taken a gap. I am now retaking my A2 modules in june to hopefully get atleast AAA, which I am confident I can achieve.

Anyway, so I just found out today that as a private candidate I must enter the exam center into UCAS. And I haven't. My referee has included the fact that I'm a retake applicant in my reference, and my "predicted grades" but I'm still worried. I've applied to unis with requirements from BBC/ABB/AAB/AAA and I'm really set on getting offers from the unis such as KCL, and I just don't want to be rejected because of a silly mistake on my end. I 100% can get the grades. My GCSE's are mostly A*-A and I got AAAA in AS.

In short, I'm worried the unis miss that I'm a retake applicant and assume im applying to them with final grades BBC. What can I do to rectify the situation?

Maybe you can email or call UCAS to add the exam center?
