So we had a new girl this week and she was very confident and kinda friendly and I admired her for that. However she started to hang out with me and my fiends. And I noticed she was talking to me more than them;so my friends starred to move away from her and leave ehr to me. But she always asked me do u think they hate me. And recently she started to ask if I hated her as I tried to stick with my friends.

But when we were talking to another student I think she made friends with her. But I think she is mad at me and my friends. I think it is all very overwhelming any advice now??

Oh, well I feeeellllll. My squad is super tight-knit, and so we felt threatened when someone we're not all friends with was approaching one of our "squad members" and getting her attention. It really bothered us, so we talked it out and realised that it wasn't that big of a deal. I suggest you do the same. You shouldn't let your friend group limit your connections to other people. If you feel like this is someone you enjoy talking to, talk to her, but also let your close friends know that it won't affect your friendship with them
