Hi! I am a student currently undertaking my GCSEs and also contemplating on what career path I should choose. I know it may be quite early, however I believe that picking a path earlier on will allow me to focus on something and master it! I will also be able to pick direct and relevant A-levels.
The GCSEs I had taken and the relative predicted grades include:
    Maths - A
    Science - A*
    Additional science - A*
    English - A
    ICT - A*
    Business Studies - A*
    Geography - A
    Arabic - E
    Urdu - A
The subjects I really enjoy have also been put into bold...
So far, I have been considering becoming a dentist/orthodontist and also even considering being a investment banker. However, I am struggling deeply on the final decision and therefore coming here to ask if you guys have any advice on any careers which would be good for my likes and strengths or even further information about dentistry and investment banking!
Any other tips and advice for A-levels and university is also very appreciated!
    Thank you.

Specialising early like you are suggesting will close more doors than it will open. All the time you are considering very different career paths (you probably couldn't get two more different careers in dentistry/investment banking), the best career advice anyone can give you is to try and get some insight into the professions. Go and work shadow someone in these professions for a day or two, or read up more about what they really do and work out whether you would like it in a practical sense.

Academic subjects are very rarely like any professional occupation, so enjoying a subject doesn't necessarily equate to liking a profession. It also doesn't mean you will also be good at the job as the skills needed for the job go beyond some academic knowledge (e.g you could love science but hate dealing with people, so dentistry would be out of the question).
