Ask your referee to send a note to your college, quoting your UCAS number.

2,S might get you pooled. And possibly fished.

Hi again, I haven't been able to get in touch with my referee/rather they haven't replied. Should I email my college or wait?

Does anybody know which mobile network is most reliable in Cambridge or are they all equally useless? I'd like to have a signal for receiving calls without having to keep my mobile on top of a wardrobe in my room.

In central Cambridge there's pretty good signal for all networks I believe. I'm on Virgin and I get 5 bars 3G in Cambridge. Where I live (around 15 miles away) that's another matter...

I've heard Three isn't great in Cambridge. (Don't quote me on that though, I may be misremembering)

The mobile network is pretty good as a whole in Cambridge, at least from what I've experienced. I use giff gaff / O2 and it's been consistently excellent for the past year.
