    i get tired after that and slowly start not caring :rofl: thats when i get put on the bench :lol:

    so i play for the first quarter and then the last when they need me :yep:
    I always sit on the bench anyways...

    If I don't play hard defense (then I'll get benched cuz that's the only reason why ppl let me play) I can last for a half and a bit.

    If I play hard defense, one quarter then I'm done.

    it'll be fun to train ya ngl!
    hahaha literally- some YT vids have some drills you can do on your own- i watch them and then try them out and just keep going at it! :yep:

    I did the Mikan Drill for a while... it really improved my post IQ and rebounding... but I'm too short so it's quite useless now

    Yeah definitely, I'll do that will be a fun exercise

    Hahaha you can still do it! It's actually pretty help even if you are short. Let's you go into the mindset of a big for a while. Increases court awareness for PGs.

    I was thinking more about running plays and movement than height but I guess that works too
