According to Hendrick C., and Hendrick S., (1986, A theory and method of love), agape is love style that refers to a form of self sacrificing love. I assume this is a psychology question? When speaking about love and relationships it's usually good to read up on social psychology and interpersonal relationships. Also to enhance your work I would suggest that you find another form of psychology maybe evolutionary that argues against the statement that "Agape is the only intrinsic good". You can argue around a number of factors including: if "agape" is really intrinsic(Giving definitions of things is also good), if agape is good, and if it is the only intrinsic good. then just sum it all up and come to a conclusion.
couldn't give more detailed answer as I don't know any details about this question
hope it helps
