I am currently in my first year of sixth form, I am studying maths, further maths and Btec level 3 diploma in applied science. I really don't know what I should do or what I want to do. Can anyone tell me what courses I can do with the subjects that i have chosen? Most unis want an extended diploma in applied science, which i don't have.

What are you interested in, what are you good at, what would you like to do with your life, maybe get some work experience to work it out?

You need to look at universities that deal in UCAS points rather than grades: i.e. 120 points with minimum 80 from 2 A levels - and let the BTEC take up the slack.
Which being said, if you want to do accountancy that raises a question, do you need/want to go to university at all? It may indeed be a requirement, along with a Masters from one of the big hitting business schools, in some of the big city firms...but is that really where you're likely to end up?
Even if you do a degree recognised by one of the accounting institutions that will, I believe, only cover your foundation exams, you'd still have a good couple of years of study and professional exams before you qualify.
Would you be better going into the world of work straight from school and get your professional exams done while earning, and not saddle yourself with student debt?
The choice is up to you, and there's more to the university experience than just the degree, but there is also more than one way to skin a cat if accountancy is your aim. Something to think about.
