I don't understand...

I did this question and I keep getting A, but the mark scheme says the answer is B.
i did 101000 x 1870/1000000 divided by 2.18/16 * 8.31

Where have i gone wrong?

cm3 to m3 is divided by a million i think

Is it not 1870 / 1000000?

Isn't gaseous Oxygen likely to be molecular oxygen, meaning that a mole has a mass of 32g?
