    thing is that i do have a real life client, and i know what system he uses off by heart since hes a close family friend. only thing is that he has no clue that my project is based on him. but i still have to put his contact details which isnt a problem. im just scared that my teacher will contact him and my "client" will say he has no clue whats going on. did your teachers do this??? help guys i might be f*cked.

    Your teacher cannot do that as it breaches the DPA (something you should know).

    Hiya I know your question is already answered but just wanna say don't stress about it, most people I know have completely made up their database from scratch!! So whatever you're stressing about feel free to *sensibly* make it up, as long as it follows the mark scheme its all goood

    Why don't you create a fake entry? It doesn't, and by my knowledge, should not ask for authentic information. When creating databases, programs, applications etc. you should ALWAYS use fake information that resembles what the user my input into that system. I don't understand what the question is about as it is not clear but just remember this for the future.
