Tort law negligance
Hi guys,
I was wondering if anyone knows how to answer a negligence problem question because I am really struggling with the a problem question. the question is about an employee picking up a contaminated piece of meat from the floor and serving it to the claimant which led to a consumer being violently sick. how would I go about advising her?
