Nothing. I am lonely. I never had any friends, nor will I make any. I will always be alone.

A good student is always stingy with money  Then you're doing it right :holmes:

I guess money does make the world go round huh

The single life is the best life, trust me
I just spent 15 minutes crying in the toilets of my office. Single life sucks especially when everyone around me is dating and is talking about their relationships. I'mean feeling borderline suicidal right now - don't I deserve to be happy?

I live in a country with functioning infrastructure, where the government is relatively uncorrupt, where I'm not discriminated against and people tend to get along peacefully. Crime rates are low and gun control is strict. I get enough to eat and there's clean drinking water. There is reliable electricity 24/7 and fast internet. My computer works almost all of the time. I am kept warm at night. The sewage system works. My refuse is taken away frequently and a lot of it is recycled. I can get great healthcare if I need it, basically for free. I have no chronic diseases. I am not addicted to anything. I am learning something that I'm really interested in, at a really good university for my subject, and I have been in good-quality government-funded education for most of my life so far. There are many systems in place to help me find a job once I'm done studying, and systems to support me if it takes me a while. I don't have many friends, but the ones I've got are great, interesting people who genuinely care about me. If I want to visit my family, I can easily and affordably make arrangements to do so. There is a piano near where I live that I can play if I want to, and a well-stocked library, and most of my lectures and study activities are also within walking distance. There is a nice view out my window.

It's snowing outside which is always nice and my guinea pigs are being really social with me recently. Waiting for University responses is making me nervous though. 🙄😊
