Hello, I am a student currently studying for a business and law degree, and am in my 2nd year.

I do not feel like I am going to pass my employment law exam, and was wondering about the resit options at uwe.

Does the resit get capped at 40% no matter the result, or can you still achieve for instance, 50% in a resit. I ask because some unis are capped at 40%, and cannot find information about resits on the uwe website.

    Thanks in advance!

You probably will get capped at 40%

I have not heard any uni that has any different cap percentage but your uni may be different. If you can't find any information online (they should publish this) then ask your tutors.
