If you pay by yourself, do you pay the full £9000+ fee in one go or throughout the year?
I'm aware some universities have an instalment plan but I'm generally asking about most universities. Is it like £3000 per term or do they ask you for £9000 right at the start of the year?

EDIT: I mean tuition fee in title, not loan.

They'd more than likely ask for it in instalments, like they do if student finance paid for it. The information should be on the universities website.

I paid my own fees in my first year. My uni wanted three installments, one at the start of each term. The first installment had to be paid before I could formally register/enrol on my course.
