She is also (to you) a solid 2/10 in looks, you don't find her sense of humour that funny and conversations you've had with her have generally felt a bit boring but you've been too polite to tell her to go away.

    Are you realistically going to date her anyway just because she is nice?

    An average nice guy tends to put a girl on a pedestal rather than treat her as equal. This guy dedicates most of his time, effort and resources on the girl without prioritising his needs and desires over hers.
