# AQA Core 2 - Chapter 2 Logs watch

1. Hi guys i'm currently struggling to answer this question, despite having the answer infront of me.

Solve x for:
log4(x+3)-log4x =3

I've got to:
log4(x+3/x) = 3

What i'm really confused about is that on the mark scheme, it shows:
x+3/x = 64.

I'm really confused about where the 64 came from. Can someone help me out here, please?
