I'm really happy that I've even received an offer from them in the first place, but I'm at the point where I'm deciding who to go firm with.

My predicted grades are ABC. The entry requirements for my course at King's is AAB. My head of sixth form encouraged me to apply to King's, saying that because of personal circumstances, that my offer may be reduced to ABB, which I think I could do. My personal circumstances involve a disability that has caused me to miss about half of my AS year. This disability is still ongoing, and I've had a lot of time off at A2 already. My sixth form is also an underperforming one if that's any help.

I'd just like to ask why have I been offered something so high, even with my contextual factors?

Thanks in advance for any replies.
