Taking control over my anxiety. Watch

    Today I made the decision to not go on an erasmus trip abroad, now to some people it will look like I'm wasting a online in a life time opportunit. But to me all it brought was anxiety I would spend every night worried getting very little sleep all that was on my mind was everything bad that could happen and how I was gonna be alone for 5 months without any of my family in a country I have never been to before.

    So today I'm deciding to get some help, to help improve myself and to me going abroad for 5 months was a step to massive for me at the current moment but with small steps like talking to a doctor and getting actual help instead of bottling it up inside I will learn to not regret it.

    Well done for doing this! Decisions like that are so hard to make but you have to do what's right for you, and your health (mental and physical) takes priority. Book a doctors appointment when you can, write down what you want them to know so you can hand it to them if necessary and hopefully you can start to get some help. Good luck!
