Yeah. I won't do it for you unless you completely can't do it after I help you a little. The thing to do here is to collect the like terms. This means collecting the x-terms onto one side of the equation. So for example: x+5=-4x. Move the -4x to the other side to get 5x+5=0. Then move the 5 to the other side. 5x=-5 Then divide -5 by 5 to give x=-5/5 which can be simplified to -1. Hopefully this helps.
