    Hi guys again.

I am the same person who did this thread -> https://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/sho....php?t=4477684.

But it was annoying me how, all the numbers were mumble jumbles. Cant have me numbers muddled and not in order, will actually stress me and do my head in (think i kinda of have a perfectionist problem but anyhow..).

So i hope people don't mind if i start a new thread but begin it from day 14 the 10th November 2017.

    Day 14: 10th January 2017
How the heck are we already 10 days into 2017? just wow.
Life is still like a struggle dont get me wrong there, but unlike before with my old self (the one i was for years(negative self) would just of not coped at tall that self, would punish itself and that. But now im feeling like my old self (the happier one before, the rubbish in my life occurred), just by changing my attiude on life and finding out what the feeling of love feels like, has had such a huge impact on my own outlook on life.

    What I am grateful for...
(I know i say the say again and again but its the simple things in life that are important)
    • For the support and kindness of the one I love.
    • The roof over my head and the food and drink I am provided with.
    • The people who despite all the crap going on in my life, they stick by me.
    • School and the fact mocks are nearing.

A random act of kindness I've done.
    • Cooked dinner (but got moaned at that every thing was wrong)
    • Empty the bins and sorted the recycling

A random act of kindness someone has done for me...
    • People who are there supporting me.
    • My Nan complimented me like 2 days ago saying I would make a great mother, which was shocking a great deal, to the point in took 2ish whole days for it to sink in.

    Things I did well...
    • Did more revision
    • I am eating much better foods now
    • Feeling much more happier and got a better attitude on life.

    What I've achieved today...
    • Did more revision.
    • Very productive evening of revision again.
    Spoiler:
    Show

Another thing i have achieved, these are a little more personal.
    • I have not harmed myself in anyway for the past 5 months and in the past 2 months I have not even thought about it. Think my lover has a lot to do with that, he is helping with my confidence levels and my slow process of healing.
    • Lost more weight.

What I've done to look after my mental health...
    • Took breaks from revision so I dont get stressed.

    Something I could improve on...
    • Learn to stop getting so distracted.
    • Learn to not let mumbled jumbled, not in chronological order numbers get to me.

Something I have to look forward to...
    • Meeting up with people who care about me.
    • Get my mocks done and then getting the results so i can work on what to do next.
    • Trying to get into Uni.

    Something that made me smile...
    • Speaking to the one person who can make me smile no matter how i am feeling.
    • Thinking about the good in my life (even if they are small things)

    What I am grateful for...

    • My lover for being there for me.
    • For my few good friends in life.
    • My brother and me are getting back to getting on better.
    • My brother actually feeling like he can talk to me about his issues and problems (like he use to do, years ago)

A random act of kindness I've done.
    • Took my brother out for the day, bought his cinema ticket and paid for most of his meal.

A random act of kindness someone has done for me...
    • My brother brought my bus ticket and helped me find some comfy trainers (he knows my style better than I do )

    Things I did well...
    • Not shout or be angry at my brother.

    What I've achieved today...
    • To calm my mood down.
    • Be nice to my brother.
    • Stayed in a busy shop instead of going outside (cant stand busy places)
    • Over wise nothing much.

What I've done to look after my mental health...
    • Guess spending time with my brother.

    Something I could improve on...
    • Learn to stop getting so distracted.
    • Learn to calm and relax more.

Something I have to look forward to...
    • Getting the results so i can work on what to do next.
    • Trying to get into Uni.
    • The future with my bf in it. (hopefully, fingers crossed)
