Day 26: 22th January 2017 (whoops a little behind, so will do the posts for the days I forgot to)
Today went crap, just so fed up of this family and the sooner I can move out, the better.
What I am grateful for...
(I know i say the say again and again but its the simple things in life that are important)
General things:
- The roof over my head and the food and drink I am provided with.
- School lessons
- My lover for being there for me.
- For my few good friends in life.
- My brother and me are getting back to getting on better.
A random act of kindness I've done.
- Cooked dinner again (I guess)
A random act of kindness someone has done for me...
- Offered to help by with stuff.
Things I did well...
- Not shout or be angry at my brother.
What I've achieved today...
- To calm my mood down.
- Be nice to my brother.
- Over wise nothing much.
What I've done to look after my mental health...
- Guess shut myself away from the arguments helped.
Something I could improve on...
- Learn to stop getting so distracted.
- Learn to calm and relax more.
- Learn to ignore what rubbish the family say to me.
Something I have to look forward to...
- Getting the results so i can work on what to do next.
- Trying to get into Uni.
- The future with my bf in it. (hopefully, fingers crossed)
- Escaping from the town and hopefully if everything goes right move away when I finish Sixth Form.
Something that made me smile...
- Speaking to the one person who can make me smile no matter how i am feeling.
- Thinking about the good in my life (even if they are small things)

Day 27: 23th January 2017
Today went crap again tbh. Swear birthdays always leave me in a mess, and people wonder why I ain't a fan of them. Was forced and had pressured put on me to sing and had a microphone shoved in my face but I refused which didn't go down well. Spent the night crying and just feeling rather down, and don't even have a clear reason why. But I am so glad I have someone to talk to about how I am and that and I know they will always try and cheer me up and be supportive which is good.
What I am grateful for...
(I know i say the say again and again but its the simple things in life that are important)
General things:
- The roof over my head and the food and drink I am provided with.
- School lessons
- My lover for being there for me, even when I am a emotional mess.
- For my few good friends in life.
- My brother and me are getting back to getting on better.
A random act of kindness I've done.
- Cooked/made a massive birthday buffet as my brother requested.
- Help bake my brother's birthday cake.
- Made some pizza swirls which are his favourite.
A random act of kindness someone has done for me...
- Not really anything tbh.
Things I did well...
- Didnt burn anything for dinner, I guess
- Researching more into my uni choices and that.
What I've achieved today...
- .Not much to be honest.
What I've done to look after my mental health...
- Guess crying helps

Day 28: 24th January 2017
Today went crap again tbh. Not feeling great mood wise, feeling ill and then got my mock papers back and saw i got rubbish marks.
What I am grateful for...

- Made parts of the dinner and set the table for dinner.

- Not much, but guess this counts, the way a certain someone can make me smile through the tears.

- Guess again that having a nap helped and listening to music
