    Hey I'm currently an a2 student studying English lit/lang, politics and sociology I am unsure if I should even apply to university because I am still resitting maths gcse , I know embarrassing but I'm not sure whether my application is going to even go through as most universities require at least a C grade in Maths gcse what are my options?

    If you do, you'd best be quick as the deadline is approaching on the 15th of January but your place for university won't be confirmed until GCSE results day if the universities you apply to ask for a C and above.

    They will give u conditional offers.As long as u meet the requirements, u should get in!

    If you put your GCSE Maths resit in as Pending, they'll see that you might still meet the requirements, so they'll probably give you an offer, depending on your personal statement and A2 grades. I know a few people who are resitting GCSE Maths, and have got offers based on them getting at least a C when they do their resits, so it's really not a problem.
