It's likely that you might get called for an interview, especially if it's been a few months since the last one. They might not even remember you from before, since you didn't go in for the interview.

I think it depends on the company and the hiring manager.
My cousin applied for a job before where she requested to withdraw her application.
After a few months the the vacancy came up again; she reapplied but was rejected.
Perhaps because they think she won't be interested still - or even worse; fearing when she gets the job, she might leave after a few months...
