Whenever I speak to people I don't know, it happens when I know the people too sometimes but mostly when I'm speaking to people like teachers my voice goes all squeaky and quiet and it breaks when I speak I hate it cos I suffer from anxiety and I feel that everyone just senses somethings wrong with me my voice just breaks I hate it so much it sounds like I'm going to start crying when I speak how do I stop this?

Calm down!! It's your nerves that are getting the better of you. Take a deep breathe and stay calm. If it is really started to bother you then i consider you visit your GP to look at your anxiety it could be serious...
