Once again, I accept that for you there was no interpretation at the point of responding. Imagine as a thought experiment a world where you hadn't had all of the sex (I know, certainly a darker place) and thus had to interpret the question. How would you have done it?
I would probably have understood as all sexual encounters, penetrative or not. It'd involve at least touching of the genitals and perhaps ejaculation from either.

There are a few things I'm interested by.
    - I didn't expect to be the only Welshman here (that responded at least) but I am happy to be representing my country regardless. Unless of course there are Welsh people living elsewhere but I'm not to know that.
    - The popularity of Conservatives in a student forum indeed, as with the Brexit statistic.
    - The higher social grades of members (I thought there would be more Working Class).
    - Asexual majority of minorities!
    - Contrary to others' perceptions, I thought there would actually be a lot less virgins. Plus the fact there are a number of people claiming 51+, wow. I would be interested to know how they keep count by that point.

Off topic but: do you think Stannis survives the Battle of Ice in Winds of Winter? (Cos **** the Dan and Dave fanfic they call the TV show.)

If you weren't so new you would know we have a lot of people who allege to be asexual, and some even think it a good thing IIRC. Also higher social grades isn't surprising, politics isn't really the game of the pleb, and as for the 51+, do you actually think everybody was taking it seriously at that point, it's irrelevant info

But then in hot weather you sweat in your sleep. No thanks.

I assumed it would be somewhere in the 70 - 80%, I suppose. I think that is probably closer to the reality as well. People lie in these sorts of questionnaires even when they are anonymous, so many will lie when they are not.
But if it's a hot day, then you go to bed all sweaty and gross. That's a lot worse than waking up sweaty. Even if it's not a hot day, don't you want to ensure that you are clean before going to bed? Don't you find it uncomfortable going around your home all sweaty after being outside if it is a hot day?
For me, I have air conditioning at home, so I do not get sweaty even if it is a hot day outside. I like to ensure that I go to bed clean, so I take a shower at night.
This raises the question: does this mean you sleep with someone all hot, sweaty, and sticky if you are sleeping with someone in the summer? For me, the heat makes me want to stay away from other people, who are probably sweaty and gross, and their body temperature increases the heat. The heat also puts me in a bad mood, so for these reasons, I do not see why anyone would have sex in the summer.

As for the virginity question, I suppose some people may not be completely honest in their response. I expect that there are more virgins on TSR than the census suggests as well.

I believe that the 51+ was serious, based on who it was from.

The Speaker who just resigned is Welsh, but he did not take part in the census.

I disagree; I think being at your cleanest for the work day or university or whatever is most important. For me, hygiene is important for interactions with people. You make a fair point about sleeping with someone but let's be honest, if you are in bed with them you both accept that you are going to see each other in below peak condition. In the summer, showing twice is typically correct. I do like the feeling of sleeping after a shower, but I would always shower in the morning as well. Such evening showers are more to give me time to think than anything else

Yes, he is a ski instructor somewhere I think. Don't remember where.

But even if you shower in the morning, and it's a hot day, all you have to do is spend a minute outdoors and you are already all sweaty, so when you get to work or whatever, you already aren't in a good condition. Hence, I do not see much point in showering in the morning. Furthermore, how dirty could you possibly get by sleeping on a clean bed?

I did not contribute so you may add another white heterosexual rather introverted posh boy to the list.

The House of Virgins statistic is rather funny though. I actually expected the number of virgins to be much lower because even the most pathetic male specimens can get laid provided they go out every once in a while and are willing to significantly lower their standards, which is what usually happens around the end of their teenage life. Now it looks like you guys are either too demanding or choose to stay home all the time and masturbate to Japanese porn or whatnot… :dontknow:
Perhaps some people are focusing on their studies at this point in their life and putting off dating or marriage until they start earning a good, stable income, buy a home, etc.

Much cleaner than you would be if you spent the whole night sweating first.

We are never going to agree on this. It's personal preference, and as long as people are clean I don't care how they do it.

Can we at least agree that people who only shower a few times a week are weird.

I used to have a number saved somewhere and I'd update it every time. But I've stopped keeping track now cuz there's no point.

If you're sweaty waking up, there's a problem with how you sleep.
