Bit of an unusual one for TSR, but I was wondering whether anyone at Oxford - especially in the CompSci dept, but I'm not fussy - knows how to do the practical side of DPhil submission? I'm trying to help a friend who is right up against the deadline with the actual write-up part but also hasn't had any guidance about the process itself of handing in, so is panicking quite a bit. I've found one page on the University site which outlines rough procedure, but it's sparsely detailed.

    Any info would be appreciated.

    Many thanks

I'm assuming you're talking about actually submitting your thesis? Is there a research degrees office you can contact? Ours had all the info about the paperwork and timelines.

My question is about the submission process itself, yes.
