So I'm part of a community of relatives, distant family members and acquaintances.
We all live in different locations in England and all come together for functions, sports matches over the summer.
The yearly fee is £25 to stay in this community and D who is meant to collect them has collected 90% of the community members in my local area. Everyone has to pay.
In the document, it said D has collected them (how? hHe must have gone to their houses to collect them)-he certainly has not come to my house yet.
The document has also said from October D will be chasing people who has not paid.
Yesterday I recieved a phone call that if you want to stay in this community and come to their functions, take part in their sports events, the person told me to phone D and pay the £25.
I don't know why D has not collected it yet, it seems very in appropriate D has told someone else to phone him and pay the £25.
I would also like to say D does mess me about, he said on a trip coming back home "I look in the mirror trying to look like a barbie girl" and he tried to be sarcastic towards me at a sports match last year.
So what should I do, do you feel his messing my family about? His probably put my family last on the list.

Why can't D phone my house, come to my house and say you need to pay the £25 fee?
He's collected and chased up everyone else's(I'm not sure how), why does another guy phone and tell me "if you want to stay in this community, phone D".

i feel like maybe you should ignore 'd' , or either tell someone/family member about it?
