    I have two account currently open, one is my previous main one which i was told by the bank that it couldn't be turned into a student account for whatever reason. So i had to open a new account. I have definitely changed my bank details on my student finance account. But when September came, I still received my loan on my previous account instead of my student one. Therefore I can't access the overdraft. I am now on my second term and the same thing happened. Can you tell me what I should do to fix this?

    You will need to call us on 0300 100 0607 to ensure that the bank details are correctly held on our records and those that we have noted the funds have been paid into.

    If you have a roll number for your account (not always applicable) please ensure you confirm this as well.

    If the details we hold are the correct on our systems, it may be an issue with your bank and you may need to contact them.
