I've finished my application - I was just wondering how many applications there are per placement, does anyone have any idea?

I think it depends which area you are applying from

I'm currently doing my application but it's nowhere near finished 😅😅 (I'm applying in the North East for Biomed)

I just have a question (it's probably stupid tbh) but for the personal statement is it 500 words PER section or SHARED between both?

Thanks guys and good luck with the applications!

I've asked friends and family and they seem to think it's 500 words shared between the sections.

It seems I've got a lot of cutting down to do 😅

If you don't mind me asking what have you applied for and in what region? 😆

Has anyone submitted their application in Scotland? If so, what subject and how many people apply?

Hi everyone, I did a placement last year, and there are quite a few others applying this year on this thread:

    https://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/sho...3#post70322100

There are also a couple of other students who completed placements last year on that thread, and we are all happy to answer any questions! Just post them on the thread linked above and then we can keep everyone together to share info

    Hi
I'm from Scotland and did my placement last year. There were around 500 applications for about 100 placements. Hope this helps
