Dylann Roof murdererd 9 church innocent members simply because they were black.

He is the first person to face execution for a hate crime conviction. He is set to die by lethal injection.

Is it worth considering that the church he targeted are against the death penalty?

What I found interesting is that somebody commented:
"I am anti-death penalty. The state has no moral authority to kill #DylannRoof. I sure won't argue for him not to die though."

Is the death penalty appropriate in this case?

He's only young, and apparently kids will be kids and make silly mistakes, so maybe prison time would be more appropiate.

But he isn't being executed for killing people, he's being executed for murdering them, similar but different, just like socialism and failure.
