Conflict poems help please!
Compare 'bitterness' in Poison Tree and Cousin Kate.
This id for GCSE English revision on the Edexcel board, not AQA or anything else.
I understand that in Poison Tree the author is bitter to his enemy (however its more like anger rather than bitterness) and in Cousin Kate the author is bitter to Kate (or is it the Lord?). But can anyone tell me some good A/A* analysis since my teacher doesn't help us at all and refuses to tell us anything.
