I can't focus, like I'm just too stressed and sacred to study, its because I have mocks soon and I really want to do good as I want to prove my teachers wrong because they think I am not capable and I know I am. What should I do?

Makes you feel alive, though, right? Have a cold shower, and I mean cold. When you come out, you will feel more alert. Whether you do well in your mocks or garbage, think of it only as to how you can improve. If you have been consistently studying effectively till this point, you have nothing to worry about if you haven't let that be a lesson learnt. Easier said than done. Just stay calm and collective a good method is to control your breathing, deeply in through your nose out through your mouth you can repeat this till you've calmed down, then buckle down and get on with your ****.

I will say don't think to much about the exams but revise a lot, remember is better to fail in the mocks and know where you are stuggling than fail in the GCSE's. Just keep practising by remorising them and also do past papers.

Don't panic too much Make sure you have everything for example all of your resources and a revision timetable etc...
If you revise you will do AMAZING !! I promise You can do this.
    Good luck
