Some people might say people in their 30's are old but I disagree. I'd say 51.

I'm being quite cheeky adding the 1 there just to extra. But for real, I'd say 45+

Youth can stay with you when you're 80 and young people can have the bone density, strength and flexibility of 80 yr olds

50+ years old classifies you as old. You're past middle age, which I consider to be around 40 and hopefully got a stable job and home and possibly family.

My bones do that, that's because I've bust both knees doing sports.

I won't live to old age the rate I'm going......

Agree with your 2nd point though.

Age is determined by your body and your mind. If both is healthy and active, then you'd age slower.

I would say we are mature aged after about 40 but I'd still see myself as somewhat young and not over the hill yet at 50/60, providing I was in good health and good spirits . It's all about how old you feel inside, not about how old you physically are imo

Exactly. I know old people younger at heart and therefore healthier in body than many young people who take for granted time being on their side and piss their health away gwaggy
